Clint Kurahashi - Founder/President/CEO
Mr. Kurahashi has over 12 years of high level executive experience in the electronic entertainment industry. Most recently he established NEC Multimedia Software division in North America, and the NEC Interchannel videogame publishing operation in the US.

Mr. Kurahashi has held key positions at NEC, Capcom USA, and Suntac, among others. As Senior Vice President at Capcom USA, Mr. Kurahashi directed sales activities, administration, marketing and sales planning of a division doing $180M for an $850M corporation. At Capcom, he headed up the launch of Resident Evil for the PlayStation computer entertainment system, oversaw the establishment of Capcom's digital studio in the US, and directed the launch of Street Fighter for Capcom's coin op division.

Mr. Kurahashi has over 30 years of experience as a senior level manager in both Japanese and American business. He is bilingual and bicultural in Japan and the U.S., with expertise in the consumer and commercial markets in Japan, Asia, US and Europe.

Norm Evangelista - Founder/COO
Mr. Evangelista has established and operated interactive development divisions of several companies. Most recently, he launched the U.S. video game publishing division of NEC, where he was responsible for leading the complete business development and sales strategy for NEC software publishing.

With a strong track record in business development and general management, Mr. Evangelista has held key executive positions at SEGA USA, American Sammy Corporation, Elite of America, and The 3DO Company.

James Alan Cook - Founder/General Council
Mr. Cook has over 20 years of experience dealing with legal issues and intellectual properties in the interactive entertainment industry. As Corporate Counsel for Atari Inc. he was instrumental in protecting intellectual property rights in the then growing interactive industry. Most recently he was Executive Vice President and General Counsel for The 3DO Company.
